Efficiency and the ability to automate routine tasks is one of our biggest drivers of success. The Information Technology (IT) Department supports staff with the infrastructure and functionality needed to perform their duties, as well as enhances the Max MyStop app for better customer use. Through implementing the governance of network and operating systems, the IT Department allows our team to communicate, collaborate and automate routine tasks. The technical team is responsible for providing the framework for this computerization. Although the department implements and facilitates the flow of information, it doesn't create the policy that defines which information is correct or accessible to others.
