NOTICE TO PROPOSERS – The Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority (BJCTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified person (s) or entities for our JANITORIAL SERVICES. The proposal document (RFP) is available for download on the BJCTA’s website, www.maxtransit.org under “WORKING with MAX”; BUSINESS OPPORTUNITES; SOLICITATIONS.
